After graduating as the best Civil Engineering student in 1987 from the University of Ibadan in 1987, our Managing Director, Engineer Kunle Ayinde proceeded to the prestigious University of Leeds through a scholarship from the Overseas Development Administration Shared Scholarship Scheme and the University of Leeds in 1991 to study International Construction Management and Engineering to obtain an MSc in 1992. Engineer Ayinde also obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1998. He is a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is also registered with COREN .

He worked for 16 years with MobilOil Nigeria holding various engineering positions and retired in 2008 to go into private business.
